It's that time again! Spring is here and that means the Home Improvement Ministries' Memorial Day Weekend Camping Trip is around the corner. This year, we are returning to Myles Standish State Park in Plymouth/Carver, Massachusetts. The dates are Friday, May 27th - Monday, May 30th. We have reserved all the sites in Area F, the same area where we camped for the last three years. We have 29 sites available, and we will fill those sites on a first come, first served basis.

If you can attend, please use our contact form to provide us with the following information.

1. Name of each adult
2. Name of each child, plus the age he/she will be at the end of May
3. Address
4. Contact information: phone number and email address
5. Equipment - please specify tent, popup, trailer, or other type of camping equipment, and how many of each.  For trailers/campers, please specify the length.  Each site is allowed two tents or one trailer plus one tent.  Maximum trailer length is 30 feet.
6.  Pets - please specify if you are bringing pets and how many.  Rabies certificates are required.
7.  Vehicles - Each site is allowed two vehicles.  Please specify make, model, color, state and plate # for each vehicle you plan to bring.

Your cost for the weekend is $50 for the camp site, plus $20.00 per adult and each child ages 12 years old and older, and $10 per child ages 2 - 11. There is no per person charge for children under 2 years old. Fees include campsite, dinner each evening, and snacks at the campfire each evening. As usual, the program will be relaxed. Families are on their own for both breakfast and lunch. A common evening meal is served with each family helping in preparation or clean-up once during the weekend. Arrival is Friday afternoon, with a Monday departure.

If you can join us, please submit a deposit of $50 with your registration.  Full payment is due by May 1, 2011. You may make your payment by check or via Paypal. For payments by check, please mail your check, payable to H.I.M., to H.I.M., 209 Burlington Road, Suite 105, Bedford, MA 01730. You may make your payment via Paypal through our payments page. For "Payment Title," select "Misc. payments" and be sure to include a notation specifying it as a payment for the camping trip.

Cancellation of a registration by May 1, 2011 will result in a full refund less an administrative fee of $10 per campsite.  No refunds will be given after May 1, but registrations are fully transferable without penalty by calling the H.I.M. office at 781-275-6473 or by email.
