"The Intentional Family"
Too many marriages and families look back and say, “I never thought life would look like this today.” As individuals and families we are often very intentional about education, job, sports, etc., but we’re often not as intentional when it comes to our spiritual lives and the spiritual lives of our children. There are no guarantees, but we certainly have a clear call from God to be intentional in pointing our families to a vital relationship with Him.
Through speakers, peer group studies, and family activities, we will look at the theme of “The Intentional Family” this summer. Using the life of Peter as our focus, we will discuss the importance of:
- Being intentional in our response to God's call on our lives
- Being intentional (rather than simply having good intentions)
about being who God has called us to be
- Being intentional in our witness to God's reality in our lives
- Being intentional in accepting God's forgiveness and in forgiving others.

Two weeks to choose from! Family Camp will be held at beautiful Camp Berea on Newfound Lake in Hebron, NH. Camp Berea is a wonderful Christian conference center with over 50 individual housing units ranging from rustic to deluxe, all with private bathrooms. Activities offered include swimming, water slide, water skiing, the giant “blob,” canoeing, archery, rifle range, ropes course, playing fields, gymnasium, and hiking trails.
We again look forward to a wonderful time of growing together as families.
